Mainly Drilling tube sheet plates and flanges, the drilling hole diameter is less thanφ80mm. The main function includes drilling holes, reaming, boring, tapping, chamfering, and milling. It's applicable to take both carbide drill bit and H.S.S. drill bit. The CNC control system's operation is convenient and easy. The machine has very high work accuracy.

Machine Features: The bed is distributed on the left and right sides of the worktable. The longitudinal (X-axis) movement of the gantry leans against the imported high-load-bearing linear roller guide pair arranged horizontally on the bed. The middle of the two guides is driven by a servo motor through a precision planetary reducer and The large pitch ball screw pair is driven synchronously on both sides.
The workbench adopts a fixed form, selects high-quality cast iron, and uses advanced technology to cast and shape, with large bearing capacity. There are several T-slots on the worktable with a width of 28mm, which can be used to install special fixtures or directly clamp workpieces. There are a number of M24 anchor bolts and adjusting horns distributed on the bed foot, and a high-load-bearing ground anchor is used on the table foot, which can easily adjust the level of the bed and the table.
The drilling power box of this machine tool is a rigid precision spindle type, adopts Taiwan BT50 internal cooling spindle, the spindle taper has a purging device, and can use cemented carbide internal cooling drills with high precision.Equipped with Taiwanese hydraulic cutter cylinder, using a hydraulic disc spring to automatically loosen and broach the knife, equipped with a tool tension state monitoring device, and an effective safety interlock protection device. It is extremely convenient to load and unload knives.
