Non-corrosive Radar level meter 120/80GHz RL807 for Corrosive applications :
The radar level meter antenna emits a very narrow microwave pulse, which propagates in space at the speed of light. When it encounters the surface of the measured medium, part of its energy is reflected back and received by the same antenna. The time interval between the transmitted pulse and the received pulse is proportional to the distance from the antenna to the surface of the medium to be measured. Because of the extremely high propagation velocity of electromagnetic wave, the time interval between transmitting pulse and receiving pulse is very small (nanosecond). The 120G/80GHz RL series radar level meter adopts a special correlation solution technology, which can accurately identify the time interval between the transmitted pulse and the received pulse, so as to further calculate the distance between the antenna and the measured dielectric surface.
RL807 characteristics of 120G Hz High Frequency Radar level Meter. The radar level gauge uses a transmission frequency up to 120/80GHZ, so it has these benefits:
-the beam angle is small, the energy is concentrated, and has stronger anti-interference ability, which greatly improves the measurement accuracy and reliability.
-small antenna size, easy to install and install dust cover and other antenna protection devices;
-the blind area of measurement is smaller, and good results will be achieved for the measurement of small tanks;
-the wavelength is shorter, so it is more suitable for measuring the material level of small particles.
-using advanced microprocessors and unique EchoDiscovery echo processing technology, radar level meters can be used in a variety of complex operating conditions.
-using pulse working mode, the radar level meter has extremely low transmitting power and can be installed in various metal and non-metallic containers without harm to the human body and the environment.
