It has good temperature resistance, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, poor thermal conductivity, high insulation, low expansion, high purity, high hardness and other excellent properties.
Application: Widely used in electronic materials, electrical insulating materials, adhesives, special ceramics, precision casting, paint coatings, ink, silicone rubber, functional rubber, liquid crystal glass, medical materials, dental materials, chemical materials, nano-materials, integrated circuit (IC) plastic sealing materials and filling materials, advanced construction materials, national defense and other fields.
