Dates molasses (syrup/honey) processing equipment is a set of mechanical equipment specially used to concentrate dates juice.
These typically include pre-treatment equipment, juicing equipment, filtration equipment, concentration equipment, and possibly
sterilization and filling equipment.
The following are the main components of jujube juice concentrate processing equipment and their functions:
Cleaning machine: to clean jujube, remove surface dust, pesticide residues and other impurities. Steaming machine: to soften and sterilize dates with steam or hot water.
Pitting machine: dates destoner, to separate dates kernel then have the dates paste for subsequent processing.
Juicing machine: to extract the dates juice from the dates paste with water boiling.
Filtration: after the juice extraction the liquid must be filtered to separate the solid from the date juice.
Juice evaporation (Concentration): This is the core equipment of date juice concentrate processing.
It uses the principle of evaporation to remove part of the water in the jujube juice, thereby increasing its concentration.
Common thickeners include vacuum thickener, film thickener and so on.
The vacuum concentrator lowers the boiling point of the water by reducing the pressure within the system, thus concentrating
at a lower temperature, helping to retain the nutrients and flavor of the jujube juice. The membrane concentration equipment
uses special membrane materials to filter and concentrate jujube juice, which has the advantages of low energy consumption
and high efficiency.
