High-efficiency continuous feather hydrolyzer is mainly developed for the feather meal production industry. It can work continuously, save manpower, and occupy a small space, with its investment cost lower than the traditional batch hydrolyzer. Because of the ability to work continuously, the equipment can ensure balanced product quality. Due to the successful use, this equipment completely replaces the traditional batch hydrolyzer and is the most advanced and easily operable feather meal production equipment, with the following characteristics:
1. Operating continuously and automatically, saving manpower.
2. Special spindle structure ensures efficient and uniform hydrolysis.
3. Low steam consumption and low operating cost. Generally, the theoretical consumption per kilogram of feather is 0.35 to 0.4 KG of steam.
4. The equipment is small in size and provides convenience for maintenance.
5. Compared with the batch hydrolyzer, it has the lower investment cost and operating cost for the same capacity.
