7. Production Arrangement
Once the deposit is received, mass production is promptly scheduled. CNC milling machines are typically ready within 20 days, while automatic drilling and tapping machines are completed in just 15 days.
8. Packaging
We highly recommend using wooden box packing to effectively safeguard against damage during transit.
9. Acceptance Check Upon product delivery, conduct a thorough inspection: Assess for any packing damage, leaks, or product issues; verify that quantities and accessories align with your order; ensure all machine specifications are correct. If discrepancies arise, promptly document with photos and contact us immediately.
10. Warranty Period
We proudly offer a comprehensive one-year warranty. Within this period, any non-intentional machine component failures are covered at no extra charge. We provide lifetime maintenance support. Post-warranty, component and shipping costs are customer responsibilities.
Our services include on-site debugging and training, with costs covered by the customer. This encompasses airfare to and from China, along with accommodation and meals.
The 12-month warranty starts the day the machine arrives at your site. Should a malfunction occur during this time, engineers will be dispatched to your facility within 24 hours of notification. Support extends beyond the warranty, with each CNC machine accompanied by comprehensive English manuals, including maintenance and operation guides.
