For common palm oil refining machine, If you want to get RBD palm oil, four main process will be necessary: degumming, deacidification, decolorization, and deodorization. But for continous type palm oil refining machine, we designed the palm oil Dry-degumming process Refining method and physical refining method.

1.Degumming:
Removing the phosphatide by adding hot water,when phosphatide meets hot water, it will become bigger and bigger, then out of tanks.
2.Deacidification：
Removing the FFA by add caustic soda (for taking neutralization reaction).
3.Decolorzation:
Remove the pgment by adding bleaching earth andthe remaining bleaching earth will be filtrated by leaf filter.
4.Deodorization:
Remove the oxide, solid particle and volatide gas.
