Equipment Introduction
The machine adopts the wall panel type, the man-machine interface operation is adopted in the control system , the programmable controller (PLC) control with stable performance.
1. Adopt PLC programmable controller to control the production process, main motor frequency control.
2. Man-machine conversation, easy operation with high efficiency. Machine stop when raw paper broke.
3. Jumbo Roll Paper is pneumatically uploaded onto machine, with unwinding web tension control device
4.The rewinding process of the product is tight first and loose afterward, with its tension adjustable. Automatic changing paper roll, rewinding, tail cutting and sealing, then finished log auto discharging.
5. Bearing, electric component and synchronous belt use international famous brand.
6.Option to add steel to steel embossing heating device, which can produce relatively fluffy paper products.
