Paper Tube Making Machine
1) The main body is made of thick and heavy steel plate after CNC cutting and welding. The frame is stable and not easy to deform, and the vibration is small.
2) The main drive uses hard tooth surface full oil bath chain drive, low noise, low heat, high speed, high torque.
3) The main motor adopts vector type high torque inverter speed regulation.
4) CNC synchronous chasing system, the cutting table is driven by precision ball screw and high performance servo motor.
5) Equipped with pulse fixed length control and feedforward compensation function to ensure the same cutting length under different host running speeds.
6) Using imported PLC numerical control system control, accurately improve the overall efficiency.
7) Configure a new operation panel and a large-size color touch screen man-machine interface operation. .
8) The overall paper feeding frame, rubber-coated rubber frame and paper guiding device integrated linkage device, the efficiency is improved by 60%.

Paper Corner Protector Machine
1) Coaxial transmission. All transmission parts were thermal refined and surface hardened.
2) Double hydraulic cutting system for transmission. All transmission gears are abraded and pared of high quality material after heat treatment.
3) Touch screen and servo system control the operation, cutting precision is ±1mm.
4) Automatic alarm system show the fault position, guarantee safe operation.
5) With output counting for every shift and total, no need for manual counting.
