Product Description: Ultrafine silica powder is a kind of inorganic nonmetallic mineral functional powder material, which is made of natural quartz ore, fused silica and so on. It is finely processed by color selection, acid leaching, flotation, magnetic separation, grinding and precision classification. It has fine particles, no large particles, good suspension and narrow particle size distribution. The specific surface area is large, the settlement resistance is good, and has certain reinforcing effect. It also has excellent properties such as acid and alkali corrosion resistance, poor thermal conductivity, high insulation, low expansion and high purity.
Application: widely used in electronic materials, electrical insulation materials, paint coatings, ink, silicone rubber, mixed silicone rubber, plastics (plastic film, plastic particles), functional rubber, sole rubber, chemical materials, nano-materials, integrated circuit (IC) plastic sealing materials and filling materials, precision casting, precision ceramics, adhesive, military defense and other fields.
