High-Speed Wet Mixture Granulator is developed for mixing of ingredients as well as wet granulation required for tablet/capsule manufacturing process. The blending and granulating procedures and completed in the same vessel of the granulator. Powdery materials in the stationary conic vessel remain in a semi-flowing and rolling state owing to the agitation by a blending paddle, and are fully mixed. After pouring in adhesives, the powdery materials gradually change into fine, damp granules turn moist and their shapes begin paddle and the inside wall of vessel, powdery materials turn into loose, soft materials. This is achieved by reduced processing time, more homogeneous mixing, and uniformity of granule size and above all maintaining improved hygiene compliant to GMP norms.
The mixture can be discharged with the impeller running through outlet located on the side of the mixing bowl flush to the bottom. Easy accessibility for cleaning is guaranteed by the low profile. The mixing tool is easily removed from the drive shaft providing an unobstructed mixing area which may be cleaned very easily.

• 36-degree Zigzag mixing paddles work in three-dimensional motion. The distance between the mixing paddles and the surface of boiler button is0.5 - 1.5mm, so it can mix evenly. There are few residues left on the boiler wall, so it can reduce friction and save 25% energy.
• It is of labyrinth sealing construction. The rotary axel cavity can automatically spray and clean, featuring reliability in sealing and ease in cleaning.
