2、 Machine characteristics
1. The nozzle is made of specially made high wear-resistant boron carbide material, with a long service life;
2. Equipped with 2 workstations, the turntable automatically rotates with clearance (or can be designed for continuous rotation), ensuring stable operation;
3. The clamping is stable, and the workpiece is quickly and conveniently taken and placed;
4. The specially designed cyclone separation system ensures the balanced and consistent sandblasting effect of the product;
5. The small rotary table adopts synchronous belt transmission to prevent slipping;
6. The main components of the host are all made of well-known foreign brand products, with good stability;
7. Independent recycling filter pulse automatic back blowing dust removal system, carefully calculated, with good ventilation performance
Applicable scope:
The entire machine is suitable for sandblasting processing of cylindrical and circular workpieces, square bodies, profiles, and other irregular workpieces, such as non stick pots, lampshades, wine bottles, mobile phone shells, baking pans, toasters, computer cases, functional DVD panels, laptops, iron soleplates, decorative parts, signs and badges, communication equipment, aluminum plates, profiles, and other irregular parts; Rough surface, removal of oxide skin, residue and burrs, rust removal and refurbishment of old parts; Used for pre-treatment processes before spraying and electroplating, it can improve adhesion, remove carbides, and undergo polishing treatment. The available sand materials for this machine include: glass beads, diamond sand, plastic sand, silicon carbide, ceramic sand, walnut sand, and so on.
