1.Machine body

Casting, natural aging and artificial heat treatment for reasonable deformation and better durability



2.GW and RW(Regulating wheel)

GW is 600mm in diameter, 200-250mm wheel width for larger grinding amount and higher efficiency
RW fixed on the machine bed, adopted double supported structure , with better reliability and stability
Five pieces bush-bearings for each side on the GW spindle, better rigidity for fine heavy grinding

3.Feeding

SCHNEEBERGER brand high rigidity linear guide-rail for motion sensitivity, easy micron feed, vibration resistance, and anti-fraying.
Servo motor drives ball-screw through shaft coupling, min. feeding amount 0.001mm.


4.Dressing for GW and RW GW and RW dressing:Servo motors drive ball-screws for GW dresser feeding and reciprocating

5.Electric Converter for RW motor, step-less speed adjusting
