Horizontal Dough Mixer
This equipment is used for dough mixing.After the kneading, rolling and folding process, dough has a smooth surface with good elasticity, toughness and extensibility. It is suitable for both hard and soft biscuit. The mixing beaning is designed that seal is separated from the bearing to prevent the grease from contaminating the dough in case of broken seal. Twin type Rotary Cutter
Rotary cutter is forming machine for hard and cracker biscuit.When dough sheet go through rotary cutter machine,it will be cut and shaped by moulds.And the scrap will be conveyed to the hopper by recycle device after separating.
Separator For Scrap Dough
Dough sheets after going through Rotary cutter and Formed into biscuit sheet, and the scrap will be conveyed to the hopper after separating.
Scrap Dough Return Conveyor
Dough sheet after cutting become into biscuit shape, going through separate machine scrap will transport by conveyor to hopper for reuse.
Salt /Sugar sprinkler
This unit is for spraying the salt and sugar to the biscuit sheets.Making different flavor biscuit,excessive sugar will collected by the recycle device.
Enter Stove Machine
This unit connected with forming machine to transport biscuit sheet to the belt of oven.
