Introduction

Detection function:without cap,high cap,slanting cap,broken bridge, ring defects, miscellaneous cap, liquid level detection, high level and low level,etc.
Technical features: the professional image processing unit, which can realize 360°detection on the cap. Simple lifting mechanism for changing bottles, through a simple manual regulation can quickly adapt to a variety of bottle types. The compact detection cabinet, So that the equipment occupies a minimum area. Detection running condition and fault condition are graphic display in man-machine interface. Cap defect detection principle:
This module uses 2 CCD cameras and multiple light sources to take pictures of the front and back of the bottle from different angles, realizing the detection effect without blind spots and ensuring efficient image acquisition. The main function is to detect unqualified bottles such as missing caps, high caps, crooked caps, and broken or missing anti-theft rings.The following figure shows the effect drawing and detection drawing of simultaneous imaging with front light and backlight. It can be seen that the front and side defects can be clearly obtained from the picture, and the all-round detection function can be completed after complementing each other.
Principle of liquid level detection
This module uses the same CCD camera in the vertical chain in the cap detection. The camera takes the liquid level image from the front to ensure that the liquid level in the bottle is horizontal in the image when the bottle is stationary. The image processing principle adopted by this module is that the part below the liquid level is black in the image, and the part of the empty bottle above the liquid level is white, and a special method is used to distinguish lower or higher than the standard liquid level.

Light source: LED surface light source with a lifespan of up to 30,000 hours, using the backlight illumination method, the edge contour of the object to be tested can be clearly outlined; in the image, the bottle cap and the liquid in the bottle are black, and the bottle cap The part above the gap and the liquid in the bottle is white, forming a "black and white" image that is convenient for systematic analysis and processing.
Lens: A manual aperture fixed focus lens is used. By adjusting the "focus adjustment ring", the image formed on the CCD target surface is the clearest. By adjusting the "aperture adjustment ring", the brightness of the image can be optimized.
Camera: The area array CCD analog camera is used, the resolution of the camera is 640*480 pixels, and the image acquisition speed can reach 80 frames/second.
