2) Servo control basket lift and down, to ensure stable quick stacking, safe and reliable.
3) Wide conveyor best delivery, keeping synchronours speed with corrugation line, to ensure stable stacking.
4) PLC control to follow the speed of corrugation line, delivery cardboard sheet, control basket up and down, control baffle position to achieve instalment stacking automatically.
5) Adopt fiberglass brush pressing cardboard, could adjust pressure according to sheet length, Exit of cardboard sheet with press brush, to avoid cardboard excursion and guide cardboard sheet correct delivery.
6) AC frequency motor drive sheet delivery part independently, automatic follow productcion line speed, to ensure cardboard stacking quick and stable.
7) Stacking adopt man-machine conversation and toucvh screen display, easy and simple orperation.
8) Baffle position automatically set, automatically side output.
9) Special for High-speed Corrugated Cardboard production line, double layer model to match Dupelx Cut-off machine.
3/5/7-layer Corrugated Cardboard Production Line 1) WJ-I/II/III 3/5/7-layer Corrugated Cardboard Production Line consists of the following machines, Electrical Shaftless Mill Roll Stand, Single Preheater, Fingerless type Single Facer, Overhead Conveyor Bridge, Duplex Preheater, Duplex Gluer, Double Facer, Lift-down Thin Blade Slitter Scorer, NC Cut-off, Right-angle Conveyor & Stacker, etc.
2) Kraft Paper Reel to be corrugated and glue by Corn Starch Gum, continuously produce, slit, crease & cut to 3/5-layer Corrugated Cardboard Sheet, and then conveyor, stack and output.
