Twin screw extruder
Feather:1. The screws are made of the alloy steel and special craft, durable usage, high pressure, the screw life is longer.
2. Adopting the building block structure and combining willingly according to the different demand.
3. The forced lubrication system, so that it can guarantee the equipment transmission life longer
4. Auto-temperature control system; make the temperature controlling more direct viewing.
5. Self-cleaning, when stopping, it can be cleaned without disassembling.
Dryer oven:
1.It is mainly used to dry the products. The moister in the food which come out of the extruder is about 12-15%. With the dry of the dryer, the moister can get down below 8% and easy to be storage for long time.
2.There are heating system and convey system. Some times there is also blower here in order to dry the food fast according to the condition. The heating way is using electric. With heating by heating pipe and the air flow, the moister can be taken out of the food. The belt is driven by the chain while the motor are driven by the transducer, so this is working steady.
3.It has automatic temperature controller with PLC controller system to ensure the easily operation and maintenance.
3.It can be used to bake and dry the food. The dryer can bake all kinds of the inflating food, pet food, tissue protein, peanut and so on.
4.The belt and the heat preservation use the stainless steel, it is very clean. And there are have rock wool (asbestos plates)inside the dryer, have good heat preservation and good sealing.
5.The net belt running speed can be controlled by inverter and change the food drying time in the dryer; The temperature can be controlled willfully and designed according to the need.
