Product DescriptionAT235 Bench-top Wet Spinning Machine is used for the production of polymers that need to be dissolved in a solvent to be spun. It is specially designed for researching new material in the field of textile, macromolecule and other material. It consists of pressure vessel, metering pump, gooseneck, spinneret, coagulating bath, conveying rollers, air-heating device, conveying, washing bath, slow drawing rolls and thermal-setting device, fast drawing rolls and winding device.Feature★ Pressure vessel for holding pre-mixed polymere/solvent mixture with manual lifting platform to move it with dosing pump, gooseneck and spinneret up or down together; ★ Cover of pressure vessel with a connection for inert gas feed and a safety pressure valve; ★ A mixture circulation driven stirrer for pressure vessel is optional; ★ 316L stainless steel gooseneck and coagulating bath;★ Coagulating bath with two filament pressing rollers and optional heating system; ★ Optional heating system for coagulating bath; ★ Heating slot adopts non-touch air heating; ★ One winding position take-up winder; ★ A potentiometer to adjust starting winding speed and tension controller;★ Adjustable yarn spacing by travers motion speed; ★ Nylon drafting rollers with adjustable rotation speed; ★ The whole line adopt quick joint connecting, it’s easy to assemble; ★ It can simulate the whole process; ★ Mini size, save space;SpecificationPacking & DeliveryPackagingPackaging Details1.
