ZY-NS80-1X The multifunctional membrane separation system is a high-efficiency, low-energy consumption, normal-temperature physical separation system carefully developed and designed by "Zhuoyue Filtration" by introducing microfiltration membrane technology, ultrafiltration membrane technology, nanofiltration membrane technology, and reverse osmosis membrane technology (material-specific) , used for material filtration, separation, purification, concentration, decolorization, desalination and other process purposes, and is widely used in biology,food, chemical industry, environmental protection and other fields.

Product features
System features (1) High separation accuracy and wide range, and can be replaced with membrane elements of all membrane separation accuracy such as microfiltration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, reverse osmosis, etc.; (2) Highly anti-pollution concentrated membrane elements imported from the United States have a long service life and do not need to be replaced frequently;; (3) The system has high pressure, strong stability, and has overpressure and overtemperature protection. It will automatically alarm or shut down when the set value is exceeded; (4) The equipment is fully automatic controlled by PLC touch screen, with online operation and cleaning, and is easy to operate; (5) System modular design, low circulation volume, meeting the requirements of small batch experiments or pilot production; (6) Equipped with a 500L material liquid tank, the factory connects the pipeline between the system and the tank, and pneumatic valves are left in the tank liquid inlet, cleaning water inlet, and sewage outlet, so that various program parameters can be debugged in the factory; (7) All pipes in contact with the material liquid are made of SUS304 material that meets the hygienic requirements and comply with QS/GMP certification.
