- The whole plant uses waste disposal technology.All steam condensate water from heating equipment is recycled into a hot water tank for reuse.
- Drying oil for washing water uses vacuum drying technology, comparable to traditional technology, not only reduces steam consumption, but also prevents oil from contacting air, reduces oil oxygenation efficiency, retains the maximum inherent nutritional value.
- When removing bleaching clay, odor trapping devices, use circulating water cooling to catch the smell of blown steam, remove odor contamination in the discoloration process, meet the environmental requirements.
- Install the self-dusting device in the waste bleaching clay room, spray cooling water when discharging the sludge from the filter, ensure effective cooling of the bleaching clay, avoid spontaneous combustion of the bleaching clay, plays the role of safe production.
- The crystallizer adopts vertical structure internal stirring system with the advantages of long crystallization time, large crystal particles and good dewaxing effect.
- The entire workshop is fully automated and all key control points such as temperature, pressure and liquid level are displayed on the computer and automatically controlled
