Impact Fine crusher is widely used for the fine crushing of many kinds of minerals such as granite, basalt, limestone, river cobble, cement clinker, quartz stone, iron ore and bauxite, and at the same time, it can also be used for producing excellent stone materials in artificial sand making, high-grade highway, railway, water conservancy, airport, building, cement, refractory and metallurgical industry.
Impact Fine Crusher Working Principle: When the tertiary impact crusher works, driven by the electromotor, the rotor rotates with high speed, and the materials go into the first crushing chamber and are crushed with the plate hammer of the rotor, and then go into the secondary crushing chamber for grinding, and finally the materials are discharged from the discharging mouth.

Novelty: It is featured by small volume, light weight, simple structure and process which make the machine easy to change the parts and convenient to move, turning the tertiary crushing to the secondary crushing. Additionally, it overcomes the weakness of traditional sandstone-making equipments which is only applicable for the soft rock(under 150MPa). 2. High quality: The finished sandstone with cubic shape owns high compressive strength which is applied to high-standard architecture. And product size of over 85% sandstones is less than 5mm. 6. Money-saving: The new type machine can save money 50-60% than that of traditional ones. 7. Maintenance: The maintenance ratio of new type machine is 50-60% lower than that of traditional ones. 8. Fittings: The fittings of new type machine is 50-60% less than that of traditional ones.
