Rubber flooring tiles product line is one type of environmental type rubber machine , it is used to process the waste tire rubber granules to be different types of rubber flooring tiles by vulcanizing and solidifying . Features
1.Column: The material adopts medium carbon quenched and tempered surface and is plated with hard chrome axis, surface hardness HRC55-58 Size: 120mm.
2.Oil cylinder: The material of the oil cylinder is high-quality QT500-7, the bore is Φ450mm.
3.Machine body: Using AUTO CAD to assist mechanical design, ductile iron QT-500 is passivated with aging, high strength and toughness, tensile strength: 50kgf / mm.
4.Plunger: The plunger is made of LG-P cold hard alloy material. This material has high surface hardness and is not easy to wear.
5.In and out mold track: the sliding surface is made of S50 # steel and heat treated to HRC 55-58, and bearing design is added to make the in and out mold stably slide.
6.Seals: YX-type polyurethane oil seals are used for oil cylinder seals, which are oil-resistant, aging-resistant and wear-resistant.
7.Heat insulation board: The heat insulation board is made of high-quality calcium silicate board, with a pressure resistance of 3.5Mpa and a heat insulation coefficient of 0.031.
8.Hydraulic system: The main hydraulic components adopt the Taiwan Seven Ocean brand, which is easy to purchase and replace, the layout is reasonable, and it is easy to maintain and repair.
9.Electrical system: The main PLC electrical components of this machine are from Japan's Omron International famous brand. The electric device has small volume, compact structure, anti-fatigue, and adapts to continuous high-intensity work.
