If there is a mis-print you are entitled to the full refund or we shall re-make the order at no charge to you.
We hedge against mis-prints by providing you with proof to approve before we go to production on all custom ornaments.
if we mis-print (which has not happened yet) we guarantee to provide you with a full refund or express re-production of the order at no extra expense to you.
Shipping Breakage: We ship-test our products for safe delivery. However from time to time, on some ornaments,
the shipper probably throws the box from a second story building which may cause some ornament breakage -
this probably occurs in one out of 500 shipments. If you receive box that has some ornaments broken,
we shall provide a refund for the breakage or re-produce the affected portion of the order.
All of our shipments are insured for this purpose so it is important to document any breakage to the shipping carrier and copy us so we may claim reimbursement from them.
