4- FEATURES
Material of steel plate:
We use hight quality carbon steel Q-235C ,thickness is 90 mm, other supplier is only 80 mm,,after mirror polishing,and chrome plated. This make plate very strong.

Material of plunger :
Chilled cast iron, after polishing,grinding treatment and resist compression test,make the surface smooth,anti-abrasion,durable.

Hydraulic system:
the professional hydraulic components, stable and reliable and quality . We use famous brand "Tainwan KLC" .Pressure sensor control system pressure and never off pressure.

Electronic control system (PLC):
Electrical components use "Mitsubishi "brand,automatic switching mode,with auto rising,auto-fill pressure,curing time alarm functions.

Emergency stop button:
When emergency happens,just press the emergency stop button,the machine will stop immediately.
Our vulcanizing press is equiped with automatic controling temperature and pressure, automatic alarm ,digital readout and son on.
Other electric parts are from SIMENS.
