The Advantages of double stage transformer oil filtration :
1.outdoor use with roof,close/open ventilation window,skid basic mounted,enough lifting hook.
2.Besides the features of ZJB series vacuum purifier, it’s added roots booster pump system, the secondary high vacuum air extracting system for rapidly removal of gas and moisture. It avoids the weakness that displacement sharp declines while the vacuum purifier working at a high vacuum degree. Performance of one cycle of processing is equivalent to two units common vacuum purifier.
3.High extraction speed double vacuuming systems which is able to utmostly enhance the vacuum environment of internal vacuum tank to make high vacuum. Ultimate vacuum ≤5Pa, working vacuum ≤35Pa, keep the oil temperature during processing to fulfil the vacuuming requirement of installation or maintenance site, highly reduced oil processing period.
4.After filtration, the di-electric strength and flash point is higher, after one cycle of filtration, breakdown voltage increases 3-5kv, effectively avoid oil ageing resulted from repeatedly heating.
5.High performance configuration: advanced infrared liquid level control system, pressure protection system and oil pump interlock controlled to ensure long time and safely operation.
6.The unit able to maintain energized transformers and long time online operation, fitted automatic de-foam facility for working in plateau area, it can be automatically working without people’s supervision.High precision and intelligent degas system is able to remove all sorts of gas from oil rapidly, avoid the existing of hydrogen, ethyne, ensure the content of ethyne of oil after treated to “zero”.
7.One machine two function, both vacuum purifier and vacuum unit, it can be used for vacuum filling for insulation units, it is able to reduce transformer installation and maintenance time, the product is at the leading position of this field.

Compared with double stage transformer oil filtration , this machine is more quickly and more completely in dehydration, degasification and trash extraction; it makes the oil limited voltage- withstand value much higher. This machine has two purposes, which one as purification equipment; another can be an independent vacuum power supply. Besides, it can short the oil treating duration during installation and maintenance of transformer.
