The binder is very inportant when briquetting, the binder will affect the briquettes hardness. Our company will supply the binder manual to customer for different raw material.Box feeder and binder stirring potthe boxer feeder store the material temporary after mixed, makes the briquette machine normal working and feeding smoothly.Binder stirring pot mainly used to agitate the liquid adhesive. The agitated adhesive maybe controlled by quantitative vessel or timely controlled by mud pump, and then it will be add to the roller rolling mixing equipment in proportion and mixed with the material. There is a tee on the both bottom of the agitation tank to connect the machine and the mud pump to quantitatively feed the roller rolling mixing equipment. Briquette machine is the best important plant in complete briquette production line. it will press mixed material to different shpe briquettes. the briquette shape and size must be confirmed before briquette machine making.Mesh belt dryer Under the briquetting machine, conveyor conveys the finished briquette to the mesh belt dryer.
