Vertical line rail machining center series
The bed has a solid structure and can withstand the inertia generated by high-speed motion.
The X/Y axis adopts high-precision linear guide rails with high rigidity, and is equipped with high-precision C3 ball screw.
Driven by an AC CNC servo motor with high torque, low noise, and high stability, it can provide different speeds for
processing various materials. The Z-axis hard rail design greatly improves the machining rigidity of the Z-axis and makes the cutting more powerful.
Rapid adjustment of displacement can save 50% of non processing time.
Elevated column design, reserving space for installing the fourth and fifth axes.
Precision ball screw closely cooperates with high-speed motion and high load linear rails and couplings to ensure stability during processing.
