MVR evaporator, thereinto, MVR is the abbrevation for Mechanical vapor recompressor, which is adopted to compress and heat up all secondary steam and reuse it in the evaporation and concentration process.
Application Scope
The MVR evaporator is suitable for evaporative concentration and crystallization of various kinds of material, especially which are of smaller boiling point elevation and are easily evaporated.
Main Principle
The MVR (mechanical vapor recompressor) is able to take use of the secondary steam produced in the evaporator. After compressed by the recompressor, both pressure and temperature of the secondary steam are increased, and the caloric capacity increased as well, then it is sent to heating chamber of the evaporator as heat source for heating up material inside. In this way, the waste steam is fully reused, the heat efficiency is increased, the demand for external heat supply and cooling water decreases, and the engery consumption is reduced.
System Configuration
A MVR evaporator consists of heaters, seporation chambers (crystallizer), a recompressor, vacuum pumps, material delivery pumps, operation platsform and electrical control system.
