SEN-1050A Aluminum foil coating laminating machine for tea bag coffee bag snack bag packaging film, flexible film (SEN-1050/1350)
This machine is suitable for different types of film, paper and aluminum foil's high-speed laminating, with advantages of high efficiency, good performance, the product without solvent residue and so on
Advantages:
1. Tension control system:uses dancing roller systems with Japanese Fujikura low friction pneumatic cylinder control.
2. Coating part gap system: The gap between scraper roller and metering roller check the initial coating amount, it is adjusted byJapan brand ball reducer and the adjust precision is ±0.001 mm (1 micron), operators don't need to readjust the gap after cleaning as the pointer will automatically get back to the original gap. Its much more convenient and save time for operators.
3. Coating part, metering roller and transfer rubber roller, each use 1 servomotor+ servo driver controlled. Its more accuracy in coating amount control;
4. Machine structure, we use 80mm thickness solid steel, machine weight 14-15tons, strong machine body to make sure more stable high speed working.
5.Unwinders and rewinder are all use shaftless type auto Loader, with 3 and 6 inch core adaptors.
