Reverse piston air compressor: generally composed of a diesel engine, clutch, air compressor, air reservoir, and tractor. Taking the ZY8.5/7 piston air compressor as an example, its main components include cylinder head, cylinder, upper and lower crankcases, crankshaft connecting rod mechanism, valve train, cooling system, and lubrication system.
Centrifugal air compressor: mainly composed of two parts: rotor and stator. The rotor includes an impeller and a shaft, with blades on the impeller, as well as a balance disk and a part of the shaft seal. The main body of the stator is the casing, and there are also diffusers, bends, reflux devices, intake pipes, exhaust pipes, and some shaft seals arranged on the stator.
Main performance indicators
Displacement: refers to the volume of free air converted into compressed air per minute, usually measured in cubic meters per minute (m ³/min) or liters per second (L/s), reflecting the amount of compressed air that the compressor can provide per unit time.
Exhaust pressure: refers to the gas pressure at the outlet of an air compressor, measured in relative pressure, with units of pascals (Pa). Common exhaust pressures include 0.7MPa, 1.0MPa, etc. It represents the pressure that the compressor can compress the gas to.
Shaft power: refers to the power transmitted from the prime mover to the shaft of the air compressor, measured in kilowatts (kW). It is an important indicator for measuring the power consumption of the compressor and is related to factors such as the displacement, discharge pressure, and efficiency of the compressor
