High Strength Square Rectangular Tube 50mm*50mm Customized Fiberglass FRP Pultruded ProfileFiberglass pultruded profile is produced from fiberglass and thermosetting polyester or vinyl ester resin with high temperature pultrusion. It is produced with a veil surface to prevent glass fibers from penetrating out of the resin surface in service, which increases the performace of anti-corrosion and anti-UV. For the shape of FRP pultruded profiles, it can be square tube, rectangular tube, round tube, round rod, I beam, U channel, L channel. The FRP pultruded profile size can be customized, including the shape, the lenght, the width, the thickness as well as the diameter. Often, fillers and additives such as colorant, fire inhibitors, and UV retardants are blended into the bath to enhance the finished product.Next, the saturated fibers enter a “pre-former” tool that squeezes out excess resin and shape the fiber reinforcements. The composite is then pulled through a heated die, which cures the thermosetting resin to create a solidified polymer of the intended shape and size.Lastly, the hardened polymer is pulled toward a cutting blade so it can be cut into the desired length.
