Product Application
Dual shaft mixer is an important equipment in producing briquettes. It affects the quality of briquettes production directly. The HCWJ series dual shaft mixer is the perfect mixing equipment in last fine mixing process. Thus, it has the characters of low noise, mix well and large capacity, etc. it is mainly used to dispersed homogenization before molding, especially, after the composting materials.
Double shaft mixer is mainly used to mix the shale, coal gangue, and slag etc throughly by its two screw blade shafts. The main wearing parts is alloy wear-resistant material, and the mixing shaft has been heat treated, making the machine have a long service life and reducing its cost. Double shaft mixer is also applicable to the steaming flyash brick production line, the aerated concrete block production line, and the clay brick vacuum extruder production line, chemical and mineral industry etc.
