The fiber opening machine is specialized in opening hollow siliconized polyester fiber,wool, waste wadding fiber, and other filling fiber shorter than 100mm.
-With conveyor track protection system, it's not easy to be worn.

-Professional roller balance process keeps the machine running without noise & shaking
-High capacity options can be choosed from 150kg/h to 600kg/h.

NOTE: Model C-01-C & C-01-D are our latest designs. They are suitable for microfiber& regular fiber or a mixture of two fibers.
Filling Machine
This model is specifically designed for filling large items such as pillows, sofas, and seat cushions. Using large-diameter cotton filling tubes, the filling speed is fast, and the fan is reasonably set to prevent cotton blockage. The filled cotton is fluffy, does not roll, and the product is flexible, soft, and elastic.
This machine has the characteristics of safety, practicality, and reliability, and is suitable for filling materials such as various long and short fibers, pearl ball cotton, sponge, wool, duck feathers, etc
