We proudly offer a quality warranty period of 12 months, starting from the day the shipped commodity arrives at the port of destination. During this period, we will provide replacement fittings free of charge, excluding damages caused by physical impact. Kindly return any damaged fittings to us via courier at your cost before we send the replacement parts. Post-warranty, any repairs or replacements required will incur a reasonable charge.

Given the challenges of in-person maintenance, we offer extensive online support. Our technical assistance is available through email, MSN/Skype, camera, video, telephone, and fax. This robust support system ensures you receive help with installation, operation, adjustments, and maintenance whenever needed.

We use premium NSK bearings, imported directly from Japan.
3. When is the delivery time?
Your order will be delivered promptly within 15-30 days after we receive your payment.
4. How do you handle the warranty period?
During the warranty period, if any product quality issues arise, we take full responsibility for free maintenance. Should any parts need replacement, we will provide them at no extra cost. If the issue is not related to our machine's quality, and the buyer requires our engineers for repair services, we will charge a nominal fee.
5. Can your company send technical personnel to our company to train our workers for free?
Upon the machine's arrival at the buyer's installation site, we will promptly dispatch our qualified mechanical and electrical engineers for installation, in accordance with the buyer's schedule. The buyer will cover the accommodation and meals of our personnel during the installation process, along with a fee of USD150.00 per day per person. We will also assist the buyer with visa processing and installation preparations.
