Main Structure DescriptionIts molding part consists of forming roller and high-performance headbox, which can keep uniform and good texture for the set paper quantity in a wide range of quantitative range, to set quantitivw uniform a good quality of the paper.
1. Former does not use vacuum, which reduces power consumption. It allows lower concentration of pulp in headbox and better uniformity of paper.
2. Formers are equipped with specially designed catchment pans to prevent white water splashing.
3. The paper sheet transfer from the shaper to the press section is realized by a single blanket, thus avoiding the paper defects caused by the vacuum suction transfer of the paper sheet.
4. High and low pressure water spraying device is used for net and wool cleaning.
5. The forming roll adopts adjustable device, which can adjust the best landing point during the operation of the equipment. It is convenient, fast and can be locked after adjustment.
6. Using common groove press roll can make the paper industry achieve the best loose thickness, and the maintenance and replacement is more economical and simple.
