Greenlandplast pelletizing line( noodle-cutting type) The Greenlandplast plastic pelletizing line is mainly used for the recycling granulation/pelletizing ofrigid regrind flakes material ,it can also be used for washing and drying regrindflakes , squeezed and compacted film materials and the semi-plasticized materialsafter agglomeration.By equipping with different feeding methods and pelletizingmethods, installating forced feeding system can also be used for pelletizing of filmcrushed scraps. lt can be suitable for recycling and pelletizing of various types andproperties material, such as PE, PE, ABS, PS , PC, PA, PVC and other materials.*The recycled plastic material are usually conveyed by screw feeder or beltconveyor into extrusion system, then the material are fed to the extruder screwbarrel through a quantitfy feeding device. The screw is specially designed for therecycled material recycling pelletizing , and has advantage of fast feeding&stableand resistance. With natural venting and vacuum system; can effectively dischargethe water inside the material; the extruder uses cast aluminum heaters or ceramicheater, durable.Customers aso may choose two-stage pelletizing system, use thetwo extruders pass the secondary filtration to make the pellets be cleaner andhigher quality
