How It Works: Material Preparation:
Plastic pellets are fed into the machine's hopper and melted in the barrel using heating bands and a rotating screw.
Injection:
The molten plastic is injected into the mold cavity under high pressure. The mold is designed to create the exact shape of the switch frame, including screw holes, mounting clips, and surface textures.
Cooling:
The plastic cools and solidifies inside the mold. Cooling time depends on the material and part thickness.
Mold Opening:
Once the switch frame has solidified, the mold opens, and the part is ejected using ejector pins or air blasts.
Post-Processing:
The switch frame may undergo additional processes, such as trimming, polishing, or assembly with other components.
