Product DescriptionThe Towable & Hydraulic control Full-automatic Stump Grinder,with compact and reasonable structure, simple operation, high production capacity, wide adaptability of raw materials, high quality of cutting wood chips, safe and reliable, convenient maintenance, is currently a very advanced wood crusher in China.Product Features 1) It is directly feed into the hopper by loading machine, directly crush without manual intervention, and the feed hopper is drive by hydraulic motor , and the hydraulic motor is adjusted by manual speed control valve to adjust the speed of feeding. The feed hopper is welded with 18mm thick manganese plate, with strong structural strength and high wear resistance, and the diameter of the feeding port is large enough, and the feeding is more smooth. 2) The rotor is the main working part of the machine. It has good rigidity and moment of inertia, and has passed the balance experiment.
3) The spindle and rotor are connected by a locking device. Its structure is compact and reasonable, convenient disassembly and installation, reliable use. The two ends of the spindle are supported by automatic self-aligning roller bearings, and the bearing housing is fixed on the frame. 4) This machine adopts large power diesel engine, equipped with large capacity diesel tank, no need to configure electrical cabinet power supply. 5) The hydraulic system is composed of gear pump, hydraulic motor, solenoid directional valve, manual speed regulating valve, oil cylinder, one-way throttle valve, solenoid relief valve, hydraulic tank and other oil circuit components.
6) During working, the gear pump supplies oil to the hydraulic motor, the solenoid valve can make the feeding plate rotate to complete the feeding and refeeding, and the manual speed control valve can adjust the speed of the feeding plate. The solenoid valve can be used to supply oil to the maximum travel of the oil cylinder, and the maintenance work can be carried out after installing the support top.Product Parameters
