Our company has recently developed the small cam structure four shuttle circular loom
(SJ-FYB750-4 Model),it is specially designed to make high quality tube fabric from plastic tapes,
and the finished the tube fabric can be widely used to make chemical bag, cement bag, rice bags, flour bag, feed bag and so on.
Main performance:
1.Usethe new small cam mechanism, avoid to use the complex driving mechanism, this has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, consumption reduction, stable operation and low failure.
2. Intelligent lifting system can compensate automatically, completely eradicate the fabric dense and parse phenomenon when start or stop the machine.
3. Automatic warp tape feeding system,signal transmission system for weft tape break down and weft tape finish,automatic rewinding system,all of these provide good conditions to make the high quality fabric.
4. The PLC interface operation, powerful, centralized control, and easy to operate.
