The robust machine foundation boasts a welded construction reinforced by high-strength steel plates, providing a steadfast support for the entire machinery.
The cutting blades, configured in a versatile manner with 2, 3, or 4 options, are securely mounted to the roller utilizing specialized knife bolts and a clamping plate system. The upper feed roller assembly, harnessing the power of the hydraulic system, dynamically adjusts its position over the material to be processed, floating up or down within a predetermined range in response to the material's thickness. Once the wood chips traverse through the screening apertures, they are expelled from the machine's base. Any oversized chips are automatically redirected for further chipping within the machine itself.
The sophisticated hydraulic system serves as the heart of the operation, with the oil pump efficiently supplying pressurized oil to the cylinders. This not only facilitates the seamless opening of the drum cover for swift blade replacement but also effortlessly elevates the upper feed roller, streamlining the clearance adjustment process between the rotor and bed knives. Furthermore, it simplifies the task of swapping out the comb plate, enhancing overall maintenance efficiency.
