Detailed information:
1. Hydraulic cylinder:
Hydraulic cylinder material is cast iron
When the hydraulic cylinder is working, internal pressure can be reached 33 million Mpa.
Hydraulic cylinder with a flange, so that fixed on the beam, also be a hole for working fluid in and out of the hole, there is one groove, in order to install sealing ring.
There are two kinds of oil seal, one is top material, the other is Ordinary materials.

2. Flat:
The material is Cast or steel
The flat used to be put the mold.
Then flat transfer the pressure to mold, heat mold
Flat heat evenly is very important for vulcanizing machine, it can decide the quality of the finish products.
3. Plunger:
Plunger is a thick-walled casting cylinder and closed at one end.
It is in the inside of hydraulic cylinder, plunger work under the pressure of the liquid, when plunger rise, convey the force to heating plate.
The plunger should be able to work under the liquid pressure.
