Usage and Characteristics
1. Hydraulic Automatic Cutting Machine for Mattress Cushion is designed for large plants to continuously cut non-metal materials(such as felt, leather, rubber and cloth) in large batch with the help of molding cutting die.
2. PLC computer touch screen are adopted to control procedures, servo motor driver conveying system, ensure feeding accuracy, stable running speed.
3. The main machine is controlled by four-column guiding, double-crank balancing, four-column blocking fine-adjustment mechanism and hydraulic control system, which guarantee the speed and accuracy of die cutting machine.
4.All movable connecting parts are equipped with central oil supply automatic lubricating device, which can raise abrasive resisitance.
5. The input and output of materials are conveyed on the conveying belt, and the die cutting of materials is also automatically completed on the conveying belt.
6. A safety light curtain can be optionally provided for the inlet and outlet of the machine's cutting zone in order to ensure operator's personal safety.
7. A photoelectric pneumatic deviation rectifier is used to ensure accurate operation position of conveyor belt.
8. Cutting die or mould fixed on a movable head can accurately move leftward and rightward when controlled by a servo motor.
9. Products of special specifications can be customized.

We have CE and ISO certificates. They enhance quality control throughout the manufacturing of our machines.We have professional QCs. For each step of our machine production, there will be a team of QCs responsible for the inspection. Until the item passes all the inspections can it go to the following step.At the end of the machine assembling, a series of testings will be conducted. Unless the machine passes all the testings, we will not make delivery.We guarantee our machines with one-year warranty. Usually, our customers use our machines for 5 years, 8 years and even 10 years.Throughout the lifespan of our machines, the spare parts replacement will be at cost price.5. How to operate the machine? We have not used such a machine before. We just want to expand our business and start a new line.
