Introduction
Horizontal Siphon Peeler Centrifuge is a new siphon scraper discharge centrifuge. This centrifuge belongs to horizontal, batch discharge filter centrifugal machine.Besides centrifugal force, it also has siphon suction similar to vacuum, which is similar to ordinary scraper .Compared with the discharge filter centrifuge, it has higher production capacity and separation and washing effect. In addition to the separation , washing and dehydration .

Application
The machine can also be used for heavy alkali, other materials, especially for the separation and washing dehydration of materials with small solid particle size and difficult to separate, such as starch, calcium phosphate,etc., which can greatly improve the operation status of separated materials such as heavy alkali and sodium bicarbonate.


Operation Model

The machine adopts PLC program control, through frequency conversion speed regulation, braking system adopts energy consumption braking or regenerative braking, fully automatic cycle operation, free switching between manual mode and fully automatic mode.

Advanced features
1. Compared with the common horizontal peeler centrifuge, the output is increased by 40%-60%. And the filter cake moisture content is lower.
2. The suction port of the siphon pipette can adjust the filtration speed to achieve different filtration speeds during feeding, separation, filter cake washing and filter cake dehydration. Keep your centrifuge working at its best. The equipment runs smoothly with minimal noise and vibration.
3. After the scraping cycle is over, add flushing liquid through the siphon feed pipe to backwash and remove the residual filter cake.
4. Can be equipped with residual filter cake automatic cleaning device.
