Working Principle The working principle of the hammer crusher is based on the squeezing effect between the movable hammer plate and the static hammer plate. The motor drives the eccentric shaft to rotate through the belt, causing the movable hammer plate to periodically approach and leave the static hammer plate, thereby squeezing, rubbing, grinding and other multiple crushing processes for the material.
The structure of the hammer crusher mainly includes the frame, eccentric shaft, large pulley, flywheel, movable hammer, side guards, toggle plate, toggle plate rear seat, gap adjustment screw, return spring, fixed hammer plate and movable hammer plate, etc. Features include: Simple structure, easy to maintain and operate. The crushing ratio is large and larger materials can be broken into smaller particles. Stable performance, reliable operation, able to adapt to various harsh working environments
