This machine tool adopts a column-beam integrated design and is suitable for CNC milling, boring, drilling, and tapping. It can be widely used in mechanical processing fields such as aviation, aerospace, rail transportation, automobiles, and molds.
Product features:
1.The main components are optimized by finite element analysis and made of high-strength cast iron, with resin sand molding, and undergo aging, sandblasting, and tempering processes to ensure the long-term stability of the machine tool's precision.
2.The gantry structure shortens the distance from the spindle center to the column, reduces vibration during heavy cutting, and improves the rigidity of the machine tool. The beam is designed in a trapezoidal form, with strong rigidity and a structure suitable for heavy cutting.
3.High-speed and high-rigidity spindle unit combined with servo spindle motor; X/Y/Z axis use high-torque servo motors.
4.X/Y/Z axis use Taiwan high-precision and high-strength ball screws with special bearings for the screw shafts and high-precision locking nuts.
5.X/Y guide ways adopt Taiwan HIWIN roller linear guide ways, Z-axis uses hard guide rail, the fixed surface undergoes high-frequency induction hardening treatment, and precision grinding; the sliding surface uses high-strength wear-resistant plastic tape lining treatment.
