1. lifting and feeding → washing and peeling → selecting and picking → lifting and feeding → slicing → rinsing → blanching for color retaining → air cooling for dehydration → deep frying → air cooling for deoiling → seasoning → conveying → packing

This equipment is mainly used for processing the potato strips and chips. It widely applies to processing the fresh potatoes into the potato strips and chips. This equipment is sold at home and abroad. The new and old customers are welcome for custom processing.

1. Raw materials needed : potato300-5000kg/h
2. Final product: fried fries 100kg/h~2000kg/h.
3. Workshop area: approx. 60m (L)*10m (W)
4. Total power: 50kw/380v/50hz,3phase industrial voltage, can be customized according to your local industrial voltage.
5. Water consumption: approx.2-3t/h;
6. Oil consumption: approx. 40-50 kg/h;
7. Gas consumption: approx. or 120kg/h natural gas
8.The main componens brand can be customized.such as Electrical control system or PLC can be Choosen or motors can be choosen Siemens or SEW brand. Pumps can be customized CNP brand.it will be need extra cost.

the adjusted technology of this equipment can be used for manufacturing the deep fried and frozen potato strips. The production line can be customized according to customer output.
