U-shaped spiral conveyor is widely used in grain, chemical industry, building materials, metallurgy, mines, power and other departments, mainly for the transport of small particles, powder, small block materials. It is not suitable to transport materials that are perishable, sticky and easily lumped, and have large water content.
Classification according to screw conveyor driving mode
When the length of the U-type spiral conveyor is less than 35M, it is a single-axis drive spiral.
When the length of the U-type spiral conveyor is greater than 35M, it is a two-axis drive spiral.
Differentiation according to the type of Crane bearing in the middle of the spiral conveyor
1, M1-For rolling suspension bearings, 80,000 type sealed bearings are used, and there is another dust sealing structure on the shaft cover. It is commonly used in places where it is not easy to refuel, where no refueling or oil is contaminated with materials, the sealing effect is good, and the suspension shaft life is long. The temperature of the conveying material ≤ 80 °C.
2, M2-for sliding suspension bearings, equipped with dust sealing device, cast copper tiles, alloy wear resistant cast iron tiles, copper graphite less oil lubricating tiles. It is commonly used in transporting materials with high temperature(T ≥ 80 °C) or transporting large water-containing materials.
Classification by material of spiral conveyor
1, ordinary carbon steel U-screw conveyor-mainly suitable for cement, coal, Stone, and other wear, there is no special requirements for materials industry.
2, stainless steel U-shaped spiral conveyor-mainly suitable for food, chemical, food and other industries that have requirements for the transportation environment, high cleanliness, and will not cause pollution to materials, long use time, but relatively high cost.
U-shaped spiral conveyor is a kind of spiral conveyor, suitable for small scope operations, stable transportation, can play a good role in the limited transportation site. Sealing performance is good, and it has great advantages for large dust and environment requirements. It can avoid the emergence of dust in the transportation process. However, U-shaped spiral conveyor is not suitable for long-distance transportation. The cost is larger than that of belt conveyor, and it is easy to damage fragile materials such as extrusion.
