Mixing and transfer pump is to convey high-concentration sewage with a volume concentration of about 6% . It is used to transfer high-concentration manure in dairy farms and is also highly efficient in sewage treatment plants.
Mixing and transfer pump developed by our company adopts the design concept of submerged long-rod sewage pump, separates the drive motor from the pump system, combines the mixing system with the pump system , and uses a large-diameter, low-speed impeller. The belt drive is combined with a unique diaphragm coupling to significantly reduce the vibration of the drive shaft when the pump impeller and the mixing impeller cut the dirt, and extend the service life of the bearings and seals ; the advantages of low-speed transmission are also obvious.
