Epoxy resin, the matrix material, is an organic polymer compound containing two or more epoxy groups in its molecular structure. Fiberglass cloth, the reinforcing material, is made by weaving fiberglass yarns. Besides, additives like curing agents, fillers and coupling agents may be added to meet different performance requirements. Properties Excellent Electrical Insulation: Epoxy boards have high dielectric strength, low dielectric constant and low dielectric loss, which can effectively prevent the passage of electric current and are widely used in the electrical and electronic fields as insulation materials. High Mechanical Strength: Reinforced by fiberglass cloth, epoxy boards have high tensile strength and bending strength, and can maintain good shape stability under the action of external forces. They can withstand certain pressure and impact without being easily deformed or broken. Good Chemical Resistance: Epoxy resin has good resistance to various chemical substances such as acids, alkalis and salts.
