ZJL series vertical CNC deep hole drilling machine is an automatic machine tool integrating drilling, milling and boring.

2. The moving parts adopt high-precision, ball screw and linear guide rail to achieve accurate positioning in the movement of the machine tool.
3. The cooling system of the machine adopts a remote control device, which can adjust different flow and pressure according to the size of the drill hole, different materials, chip discharge, accuracy requirements, etc., so as to achieve the optimal supply of coolant.
4. The main shaft guide part is driven by a single oil cylinder, with smooth operation and ingenious structure, and the guide sleeve is evenly stressed; Intermittent blowing function can timely and effectively clean up the chip accumulation during processing.
5. The main shaft is a well-known brand in Taiwan, featuring high bearing accuracy, large torque, low noise, etc; The main shaft drive part is driven by high torque toothed pulley, and the modular design of high speed is used to effectively extend the service life of the main shaft with the constant temperature device of the main shaft.
